I once had a place where all my friends could go
admission was free and you'd see an awesome show
if you didn't know someone
you'd meet them soon enough
everyone would dance
but nobody was rough
until the day that substance
became the life of the party
the crowd just went downhill from there
until I barely knew anybody
these shows just became parties
the cops shut most of em down
thanks so much you ungrateful punks
for ruining the best place in town
